Purchase terms & privacy

Your purchase

$39 USD, paid once, for the downloadable version of KickLLM Margin Studio offered at purchase. The checkout total is $39 USD. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees. No subscription, hosted service, live rate feed, consulting or promised future updates is included. Internet is required for payment and download; the extracted app works offline in a modern browser.

License

You may use and modify the included application for your own internal work and client analysis. You may share exported reports. You may not redistribute or resell the application or source bundle. Keep a backup of your download.

Delivery and support

After successful Stripe payment, the confirmation page provides your ZIP download. Bookmark that private page for recovery and do not share it. If delivery fails or you lose the link, email support@zovo.one with your purchase email and receipt. Never send card details. Format guidance is included in the README. No response-time guarantee or custom integration service is included.

Refunds

If the product is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@zovo.one with your receipt or purchase email. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processing time depends on Stripe and your bank. Refunded orders lose download access and permission to use the app. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy

Your usage CSV is processed locally by the downloaded app. It is not uploaded to this storefront. The preview uses synthetic data. No advertising analytics are installed.

Stripe processes checkout and transaction information. Cloudflare hosts the storefront and processes connection information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security. A Secure, HttpOnly cookie keeps your download available in your browser for 24 hours. Payment records are held in Stripe for order support, refunds and required business records. Support messages are used to resolve your request. Contact support@zovo.one for access or deletion requests; records needed for legal or accounting obligations may need to be retained.
